You can send a call back request to someone closer to you. Then ask the person to call out your number. 

Step 1: Dial *133# code on your MTN number. 

Step 2: Enter the number of the receiver. 

Step 3: Press 5 to select “Call Me. I need your assistance”. 

Step 4: Ask the receiver to call out your MTN phone number.

Method 3: Dial MTN Customer Care Number

MTN provides 24hours daily customer care services to resolve customer complaints. To contact the MTN customer care simply dial 180 on your MTN phone number and follow the instructions given.
